Racing to the beach: Orlebar Brown x Lamborghini in three-seasons collab

Here’s a conundrum. What happens when the people who design ultra-desirable vehicles for the road come together with the people who bring Savile Row to the sea? 

The answer is an interesting three-year collaboration (for summer 2024, 25 and 26) between Automobili Lamborghini and label Orlebar Brown.

And the result is an inspirational swim, beach and resortwear capsule collection.

The leading factors that drew the pair together (apart from cars and fashion already maintaining strong links) were a “shared love of design, a passion for precision, an obsession with technical details and a strong focus on sustainability”. Job done.

The collection launches globally on 2 August and comprises swim shorts, resort shirts and trousers, polos, T-shirts and a luxe towel. They come with Lamborghini’s renowned eye for colour — “bright, and iconic, matched with chic dark shades for elevating holiday style”.

The swim shorts feature a mix of prints and jacquard designs using the legendary hex of Automobili Lamborghini exhausts and vents. The prints are seen on classic Orlebar Brown tailored swim shorts as well as the new Bulldog Drawcord style with dual branded, gold-effect drawcord ends.

The hex design is also interpreted on signature polo and T-shirts as well as a Howell two-tone towelling resort shirt. The same design is applied to the beach towel, rounding out the capsule.

The offer will be available in Orlebar Brown’s stores and online stores across UK, US, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, UAE and Australia. Select retailers worldwide will also carry the collection. Not to be left out, Automobili Lamborghini’s store at its HQ in Sant’Agata Bolognese and its online platform will also carry the range.
